Engines lower unit had new water pump and seals installed during winter storage 2014,( general matinance),Outside: 12×13 front porch covered,awnings down both side catwalks,upper deck has helm with steering and bimini, 3 coats of rubber roof paint resealed summer 2014, (EPDM paint) city water hookup INSIDE: Front couch folds down into bed, bed in back is a full size with a bunk above full size , has a lot of cupboards and storage, galley has a sink,microwave,oven/stove,hot water heater, furnace with wall mounted thermostat,fridge,oven/ stove, furnace,hot water heater all run on propane,fridge & hot water heater are also on110, roof mounted A/C, 12volt & 110 lights, cb, stereo,Bathroom: 25 gal black water holding tank,sink, shower, storage in bathroom, 50 gal. Fresh water tank,( plastic) Good for drinking out of, no bad taste, ceiling replaced fall of 2015 with thicker insulation, 2- 20 lbs. Propane tanks mounted on back frame with new cover and auto switch over, factory installed propane line to front porch grill, comes with factory equipped coffee mugs, bowls, plates, fuel tank is 27 gal. Plenty to get from one end of Lake to the other, very easy to dock and drive, reason for selling, Family is growing with Grandkids so we are moving to a bigger boat, This is a Great boat and very Reliable You will have to get your own dock, The Resort has plenty of docks available as of date listed,or you can try 7 points marina.
